We are now looking for a dedicated and service-oriented real estate assistant for our office in central Visby for the summer of 2026.

As a real estate assistant, you will be an important support for our real estate agents in their daily work. The role involves a variety of tasks, including administrative duties and customer contact. You will communicate with clients and authorities via phone, email, and in-person meetings.

Since we have assignments all over Gotland, the tasks may also include viewings and other activities outside the office, which means that a B driver's license is required.

We are looking for someone who:

- Has a professional and positive attitude

- Enjoys customer contact and service

- Is structured, responsible, and flexible

- Preferably has previous experience in service or customer-facing roles (meritorious but not required)

We place great importance on your personal qualities and your willingness to contribute to the team.

The position is tentatively for the period June 1 to August 1, 2026. The working hours will be part-time, at least 72.5%. Additionally, work may occur in the evenings and weekends if the agents need assistance with viewings.
